International Star for Leadership in Quality Gold Award

In recognition of Commitment to Quality, Leadership, Technology and Innovation. Hungry Caterpillar Pre-School represents success for Singapore in the business world.


The presentation of the International Star for Leadership in Quality Award took place on June 24, 2007, in the Convention Hall of the Marriott Moscow Grand.

In this way the Business symbol has made its presence known in 173 countries around the world, and has created a firm ground for the implementation of an integral quality process through the technology and procedures of the QC100 Total Quality Management.

The purpose of the Business Initiative Directions International Quality Convention Moscow 2007 is to recognize the commitment to quality of awarded companies whose activities cover the top areas of industrial production and services. For Jose E. Prieto, Executive President of B.I.D., "the awarded companies are symbols of commitment to leadership, technology and innovation which make them models for other companies of their sectors".

The QC100 model outlines the voting criteria for BID awards

BID carries out continuous polls among selected organizations who vote for the best companies. The International Business Initiative Directions awards are presented on the basis of meeting the criteria of the QC100 TQM (Total Quality Management), the contents of which serve as guidelines to business leaders to improve processes and systems.
